Antonio Nino Diaz	c3cf06f1a3	Standardise header guards across codebase All identifiers, regardless of use, that start with two underscores are reserved. This means they can't be used in header guards. The style that this project is now to use the full name of the file in capital letters followed by 'H'. For example, for a file called "uart_example.h", the header guard is UART_EXAMPLE_H. This should be called from platform init code. image_decompress_prepare(): This should be called before each compressed image is loaded. The best location to call this will be bl_plat_handle_pre_image_load(). image_decompress(): This should be called after each compressed image is loaded. The style that this project is now to use the full name of the file in
