With errata conversion in place for Cortex_A72 cpu,
build fails with undefined reference to functions defined
in cpu_helpers.S file.
Including the same to handle build issues related to
Stingray platform.

The header inclusion guard for some header for the Broadcom Stingray
board was misspelled.
Make the preprocessor symbol for the #ifndef and #define lines the
same, so that the double inclusion protection works as expected.

And from crash_console_flush.
We ignore the error information return by console_flush in _every_
place where we call it, and casting the return type to void does not
work around the MISRA violation that this causes. Instead, we collect
the error information from the driver (to avoid changing that API), and
don't return it to the caller.

Default board configuration was set to bcm958742k which is not present
in current codebase. This causes a default platform build to fail.
Changing to bcm958742t.
