Tests: Add basic test for r32, r64

This commit adds a basic test for reference types on 32/64bit systems.
 * Storing a ref type in a table
 * Loading a ref type from a table
 * Passing ref types to a function
 * Returning ref types from a function
 * `is_null` instruction
 * `is_invalid` instruction
