Apparently there is no way to return true (i.e. succeed) without also modifying the target object? type: :task component: duk release: v0.11 reporter: Sami Vaarala status: :closed disposition: :wontfix creation_time: 2014-04-24 17:51:02.418466 Z references: [] id: 4a0ee084a35d780b4f7ae1fe9be1ab8b4be78804 log_events: - - 2014-04-24 17:51:02.586667 Z - Sami Vaarala - created - "" - - 2014-04-25 19:47:28.654688 Z - Sami Vaarala - closed with disposition wontfix - |- Not actually so. The post-hook semantics only apply if the target object has non-configurable conflicting properties. It's easy to arrange the proxy methods so that the target object has no such properties (e.g. has no properties at all).
