omar 857381b9ca GetMouseDragDelta(): also returns the delta on the mouse button released frame. Verify that mouse positions are valid otherwise returns zero. Removed obsolete comment. Tweaked demo. (#2419)

omar 6de09a5e48 Renamed ColorEdit/ColorPicker's ImGuiColorEditFlags_RGB/_HSV/_HEX flags to respectively ImGuiColorEditFlags_DisplayRGB/_DisplayHSV/_DisplayHex. This is anticipation of adding new flags to ColorEdit/ColorPicker functions which would make those ambiguous. (#2384) [@haldean]

omar d38f4dc143 Tabs: Non-docking tab bars are storing names to allow tab list button + whole style scaling. Added ImGuiTabBarFlags_TabListPopupButton flag to show a popup button on manual tab bars. Locking FramePadding for the scope of a tab-bar to avoid sheering/clipping of tab item. Made scaling of tab ellipsis less awkward. (#261, #351)
