omar c2db7f63bd Selectable() should have an ID even though they are disabled, to be consistent with other widgets. Not sure of the reasoning ~1.41 which made this turn to 0.

omar 341ebd961b Fixed assertion when transitioning from an active ID to another within a group, affecting ColorPicker (broken in 1.62). Made ActiveIdIsAlive track the actual ID to avoid incorrect polling in BeginGroup/EndGroup when the ID changes within the group. (#2023, #820, #956, #1875).
