the total size of memory buffers
Before: Broadcom 5709 NIC can not work.
Now: Broadcom 5709 NIC can work.
Test: In pmon console, executiving "devls" command, you can find the device name of broadcom 5709
NIC,then Configuring the network, and then checking whether the network can link.
