mengxiaofu 9dc8cbd1f7 Add 3a-server ddr2/ddr3 function. Now, ddr2/ddr3 can use the same codes and can be detected autoly. Default: ddr3 option has been open.So,you can use for ddr3-server. If,you want to use ddr2: you should close DDR3_DIMM option which is in "Targets/Bonito3aserver/conf/Bonito.3aserver" file.
